Year 2004 was a very special year for the Micromachine Summit. In addition to the fact that 2 years had passed since the last Summit, a larger number of participants and the attendance of two new delegations gave the presentations a very dense contents as well as an enriched and broader view on the evolution of the MEMS field worldwide.
Indeed, 18 delegation and 109 people attended the Summit representing.
