Research: 2008 year in review

MINATEC currently counts 2,400 researchers, including 440 PhD students and 140 post-docs. The campus is home to 150 foreign researchers. MINATEC’s labs boast a shared portfolio of more than 1,400 inventions for which 6,000 patents have been filed in France.

MINATEC researchers authored a total of 1,600 articles and filed 295 patents in 2008. They are involved in 300 research partnerships through ANR contracts, EU programs, and contracts with partners from industry. MINATEC has a total annual research budget of €280 million.
