Graduate
School of Electronics and Radioelectricity (ENSERG-Phelma)
Grenoble INP |
 |
ENSERG-Phelma
trains high-grade engineers in electronics and telecommunications:
microelectronics, optoelectronics, radiocommunications, data processing
and multimedia.
It aims to give them a solid understanding of these advanced technologies.
Teaching is deliberately designed to cater for the needs of business. |
ENSERG-Phelma has a total intake of 400 pupils and awards 130 degrees every year.
Graduates can mainly look forward to jobs in industry designing and manufacturing
electronic equipment, in companies requiring specialists in electronics
and telecommunications, and in research laboratories and public services.
The proximity of new
companies and the main Minatec R&D laboratories is an additional asset
for the school. Thanks to its participation in the Minatec project ENSERG-Phelma
can justifiably claim a leading position in teaching on the submicron
technology required to develop chips, components and smart devices for
the future.
Two main courses
and a international option:
Microelectronics,
comprising four options:
- Microsystems* (jointly operated with ENSPG-Phelma
and ENSEEG-Phelma)
- Circuits*
- Systems-On-Chip*
- Optoelectronics and radio frequency*.
Signals and Communications, which plays a central role in new telecommunications
systems, with three options:
- Systems*
- Encoding*
- Multimedia*.
International education in micro and nanotechnology:
Master Program in Micro and NanoTechnologies for Integrated Systems. This
training will take place in succession at the Politecnico di Torino, Grenoble INP
and EPFL.
